When are payments taken?

We take payments on 5th of every month. Orders placed 4th could incur a second charge for next months item/box and will received two boxes/items in a month. You can order and then pause straight away

When is my order shipped?

If you place your order between 5th & 14th of the month you will receive the latest box which will be shipped around the 15th of that month. All orders placed between 15th – 3rd will receive the current months box and shipped the very next day.

NB: The next payment is taken 5th so orders placed on the 4th will see a second payment collected for the next months subscription. If you don’t want two payments we recommend you pause the subscription for a month and start again on 6th.

What if I place my order after the 5th?

We will ship your item around the 15th of the month which will be the latest item/box. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Once shipped it may take up to 5 days for UK customers to receive their orders and it may take up to 20 days for international customers to receive their orders.

What are the postage costs?

We offer free delivery on all UK orders. A standard £8 shipping fee applies to overseas postage each month.

Why do I have extra items in my box?

We love to delight our customers it’s what makes Broni&Bo fun. Sometimes we might be able to get an amazing deal and we want to share that with you.

Where do you ship?

We ship all around the world.

Can I return an item/receive a refund?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our subscriptions we are unable to accept returns or refund for late cancelled orders.

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, simply visit your account and click pause. You can pause for a certain period or when you are ready un-pause.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Not that you would ever want to but:

  1. login to your account
  2. Cancel subscription

NB: Please ensure you cancel before the next billing. Once the billing has been collected we are unable to refund.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, you can place an order by phone. Please call us on 07595765345 and have your order and payment information ready.

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures. We use PayPal.com and Shopify Payments

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering a gift, please note in the comment box that it is a gift. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package. Also, if you would like to leave a note or a greeting in the box we can do that for you at no additional charge.

What is your return and exchange policy?

For our subscription services we are unable to offer a return policy. We believe that there's so much value in each box you could always give a friend a gift and still have lots left to enjoy.

Will I be getting value for money

Of course, which ever subscription service you choose. For our accessories boxes we ensure that the value of the box is always worth £40 or more.

Which countries do you ship to.

We ship worldwide. Our standard shipping cost are £8 but this maybe subject to change in the future. International subscriptions have an additional shipping charge and duties are not included. Monthly Member orders will generally ship as mentioned above. Once shipped, please allow 8-13 business days for International. Some orders may experience longer delivery times due to their countries customs

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

How do International Orders work

An additional charge per shipment is applied to customers outside of the UK. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled in the same way as the UK. Most international packages will arrive within 8-13 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country and their customs process. To claim a lost package, please allow 40 calendar days for international shipments. 

I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I return the box?

Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the billing date or it will renew for another month. Once your subscription renews and your order has been processed/shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a returned box for refund.

If you choose to send back your box, please note that a refund will not be issued.

How do I update my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by logging into your account. If you are having issues with updating your address, please contact us

I just signed up for a Broni&Bo subscription. Can I request specific items or choose the box I want for that month?

For monthly subscriptions, we select a specific range of products to ensure we are able to give our customers the best value.

We are always up for ideas on content so be sure to email or tweet us your ideas.

What types of products will I receive in my accessories box?

2-7 products depending on the item value. We may include more but we thought we would be honest and not over promise. Our boxes offer a range of products from ties, socks, pocket squares, bow ties, tie clips.

We may decide bring in new ranges to go in the box such as grooming products but we will always let our customers know way in advance.

I recently moved and forgot to update my shipping address.

Once you are billed, you have 7 days to update address. After this time it may be too late to amend the address. Please contact us ASAP to see if the item has been shipped

My box is taking longer than expected to arrive. What should I do?

Our boxes are shipped via Royal Mail and are restricted to their delivery times. If you believe the box is delayed. Email us to check the exact date of shipping

How do I reactivate or renew my subscription?

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled subscription or renew a prepaid subscription, simply go to the subscription you want and start again. Its that simple.
